Majority our apartments are around a two and half acre fresh water Lake. We are located near many shopping centers and the mall. You can relax near our pool on a warm sunny day. For the youngest Residents we have two play grounds for them to enjoy. We also have two laundry faciliees one on either side of our property. We are off the Pasco County Bus Line. ​
